Today's lunch menu was Ramen with Chasyu Pork

The picture is Ramen with Chasyu Pork. It's called Chasyu-Men in Japan. It's getting cold in Switzerland, so I thought noodle in soup would be better, but it looked customers prefered sautered noodle. Next Japanese lunch menu will be on Thuresday. I will make Udon Sauter with Samon for the lunch menu.
